This is a particularly early example of a Nik Huber from 2001. This Dolphin II has been played and so has a number of marks, dents and dings - Particularly on the back of the guitar. There are also some signs of delamination in the lacquer and the back of the natural mahogany finish is beginning to cloud slightly. Some minor indentations are present on the back of the neck, although this does not intrude on playing.
That said, this is a lovely player - As is expected of Nik Huber. These guitars don't come on the market very often at all, and can command some very high figures indeed. This Dolphin II is an opportunity to obtain a Huber at a similar price point to some of the core-line offerings one might find from USA-counterparts. It is definitely one for the players - Collectors looking for a pristine model will need to continue looking!
Please note that the Certificate of Authenticity is absent, but the instrument comes with its original TKL case.
