The Line 6 Helix LT Multi-Effects Guitar Processor features the same award winning HX modelling technology as the Helix floor and rack processors, offering powerful dual DSP performance for authentic amp, cab, mic, and effect sounds and responses. The streamlined I/O provides extensive routing capabilities and allows the Helix to easily integrate with existing rigs, delivering a high level of performance, flexibility, and control. The massive tonal options and editing capabilities, a large LCD screen, touch sensitive footswitches, and pedal edit mode make it incredibly easy and quick to tweak your tone, even while you play. With its legendary Helix sound quality, the Helix LT offers an incredibly authentic and responsive playing experience.
When it comes down to authentic sound and feel, Helix represents a giant leap forward for guitar technology. The award winning HX modelling engine features powerful dual-DSP performance to accurately recreate and capture the dynamic feel of amplifiers, cabs, mics, and effects, not just their sonic fingerprint. Each component of the selected sound has been captured, measured and matched to ensure you get the most realistic representation. The legendary Helix sound quality provides incredibly clean tones, and its 123dB dynamic range offers an authentic and responsive playing experience. Helix also lets you load custom impulse responses, allowing you to personalise your rig setup to suit your playing style.
Designed with a generous I/O complement with extensive routing capabilities, the Helix LT easily integrates with your existing rig, offering incredible flexibility for a wide range of stage and studio applications. The pedal is designed with the same sounds, workflow, and editors as other helix products, and features L6 Link connectivity to offer smooth digital integration with other Line 6 products and StageSource speakers, delivering the optimum live playing experience. A Variax guitar input provides instant model and tone recall, effects control, and power to Variax guitars.
The Helix LT is designed to be as simplistic and easy-to-us, while still offering extensive editing for the experienced player. The large LCD screen clearly lays out the entire signal chain and provides instant access to the amp and effects parameters, letting you see all the important information at a glance. The clear and intuitive interface enables fast tone creation and easy interaction, eliminating the need for complex menu diving and letting you simply plug-and-play straight away. Each of the footswitches are designed with touch sensitivity and a colourful LED ring, offering an incredibly fast and smart control setup while letting you easily select each effect block for editing. The Helix LT also features four stereo paths per preset, letting you design complex routing scenarios for each path.
Unlike other pedals, the Helix lets you tweak your sound whilst you’re still playing. With pedal edit mode, you can edit any parameter you like using your foot by simply selecting the block that you want to tweak, and its parameters spill out onto the footswitches. Select a parameter and tweak the value using the expression pedal, letting you find the perfect sound for your playing style or to create new tonal possibilities.
Featuring a USB port, the multi-effects processor can be connected to your MAC or PC and edited using the Helix Edit software. Create and edit your presets for completely personalised sounds, drag and drop amps, cabs, and effects to build complex signal chains, or simply reorganise, rename, or edit your tones. With endless possibilities, you can completely personalise your pedal to suit your playing and musical style.
The Helix firmware updates offer new features for your multi-effects pedals, adding new collections of models and enhancements to give you an even greater playing experience. Each update is designed to advance the Helix family, responding to the needs of guitarists and improving workflow and flexibility.
