UK Delivery Information
At Sound Affects we are committed to ensuring you receive your order quickly and securely. All Express UK orders are dispatched using DPD Next Day and require a signature upon delivery. Standard Delivery items are shipped using Royal Mail, DPD or DHL and usually arrive within 1-3 Business Days. If you place your order before 2pm Mon - Fri and the item is in stock we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same working day. We will provide you with all the relevant information so you can track your order, but if you have any questions regarding your delivery please make contact.
Please note: DPD Next Day is only available in eligible locations. If you live in a remote location the next best service from DPD will be selected.
Orders Outside UK
From 1st January 2020 VAT needs to be paid at the point of arrival in countries outside of the UK.
If you are viewing a brand new product on our website outside of the UK the price will be shown minus the VAT.
When your order arrives to your country our courier (DHL) will make contact for you to pay the applicable VAT.
Please note: any further fees are decided by the import countries authorities. If you are unsure check with your local authorities.
At Sound Affects we want you to be completely happy with your order and offer a 14 Day Hassle Free Returns policy. If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it to us within 14 Days for a full refund. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 Days of you receiving your item and notify us of your wish to return an order. We will then send you a reference by email. Please include the reference on a document with your order when you return it to us so that we may process your refund as quickly as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take every possible precaution to ensure your order gets to you in perfect condition however if your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will uplift the damaged goods from you and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. We will cover any costs involved in replacing your order.
