Utilising new technology created by Thomas of Cream T Pickups it is now possible to scan, profile and recreate 100% replicas of legendary guitar pickups.

Cream T have set out to revolutionise the pickup market using the ‘Oracle Pickup Scanner’.

…and what better place to start than with original '59 Les Paul guitars.

Introducing ’The Clone 2 - 1959'
A set of humbucker pickups that sound exactly the same as the pickups in a legendary 1959 Les Paul.

In June 2019 Cream T visited a collector in Japan to scan the pickups in his original 1959 Les Paul.

Under controlled conditions the original 1959 pickups were measured at 8.42k in the bridge and 8.23k in the neck. The magnet strength was also measured to ensure a clone that equals the tone of the original pickup.

I just wanted to say what an amazing set of pickups these are!
I must've spent hundreds or more on so many pedals trying get all the sounds I want, clean, grit, growl, crunch, scream etc, and needing a surfboard to hold them all but now I've got the lot just in my 335's volume knob and the amp! (Dirty Shirley Mini)
Even the 2 pedals I've kept (Analogman DS1 and Lovepedal Amp 11) now do what I've only ever heard in my head. They just seem to work better. Incredible.
What a transformation. Sold redundant pedals so quids in too ;)
I'm very happy indeed!
